The response e-mail will include a reference number which must be used should one wish to contact the FIC for further information. Queries can be logged to FIC using the following options:
Guidance for an individual who wishes to file a report but, who is not linked to an organisation
Where an individual who has no legal obligation to register with the FIC wishes to file a report. They will nonetheless have to register with the FIC before they will be able to file a report.
They will need to select “Individual User” check box to register on the goAML system.
Once the user’s registration has been authenticated by the FIC, they will obtain login credentials via the e-mail address used during registration. The login credential must be used to file a report.
